Pricing & Refunds

1. SCOPE

This page sets out pricing, billing, and refunds for FLYP Fantasy Manager subscriptions and in-game items. It applies in addition to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Where local consumer law grants You additional rights, those rights prevail.

2. Product Description (Summary)

FLYP Fantasy Manager is a skill-based fantasy sports service. A paid subscription grants access to premium fantasy features (e.g., full Manager Mode functionality, live scoring and leaderboards, team management tools, analytics). The game remains playable without payment; in-game items are optional.

3. Web Subscriptions

Purchases made on desktop via our website are currently not available.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary depending on country, currency and platform.

Included with a paid subscription (non-exhaustive): access to Manager Mode, drafts and transfers features, live scoring/leaderboards, analytics & athlete data tools, challenges and event/season competitions. Exact inclusions may vary by sport/season and are described in-app.

4. Mobile Subscriptions

If You purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play, pricing, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective platform’s policies. We do not control those systems. Please refer to the applicable store policy for details.

5. In-Game Purchases (Draft Credits)

Draft Credits are optional in-game currency used to obtain Draft Packs or similar utilities as disclosed in-app. They have no cash value and are non-transferable. See the Game Terms for additional rules.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary depending on country, currency and platform. Additional packages may be offered prospectively.

6. Taxes and Currency

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT/sales taxes where applicable. Final tax amounts are shown at checkout and may vary by location.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Subscription Purchases (Web)

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no material consumption of paid benefits has occurred. Examples of material consumption include (non-exhaustive): redemption or spending of subscription-issued Draft Credits or Packs, participation in paid-only competitions beyond onboarding, or extensive use of premium analytics/features.

• Refund requests must be made by email to info@flypfantasy.com and should include the purchase email and the transaction ID, which can be found in the invoice PDF of the order confirmation email.
• Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded item/subscription will be revoked.
• Where mandatory consumer law provides a longer or different right (e.g., statutory withdrawal), that right prevails.

7.2 In-Game Purchases (Draft Credits) via Web

Not applicable.

7.3 Mobile (Apple App Store/Google Play) Purchases

Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google must be requested directly through the respective platform under its policies. We cannot process those refunds.

7.4 Exclusions

There are no refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the refund window, for proration, or for promotional/bonus items, except where required by law.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time via the relevant app store for in-app purchases. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund outside the window stated in Section 7.

10. Changes

We may update pricing and this policy prospectively. The latest version will be available on our website. Material changes will apply from publication and will not affect completed purchases except as required by law.
